Cerbos develops an open-source software product that abstracts away the complexity of user and role permissions. It provides a simple-to-run permission system that supports many types of authorization access control paradigms. It allows developers to write simple, yet comprehensive, policies, also allowing for defining bespoke access rules. It deploys into the client network and alleviates organizations’ need to build their own infrastructure for writing, understanding and interpreting permissions policies.
